With visions of stickers
Have you heard of the latest sensation in parenting? Yes, it’s the early-to-bed bunny! She/he leaves your child stickers and/or love notes when they are in bed with their eyes shut a little earlier than usual (in our case between 7:45 and 8p). But so, as an astute 6 year old, you don’t think some strange bunny is hopping around the house after you are asleep–the bunny actually leaves said items with your parents, and then goes to sleep her/himself! And parents–don’t stay up til midnight watching reruns of Oz–go to bed and do what it takes to get to sweet dreams quickly! The earlier you go to bed the higher your chances of nookie, the other–and often missing– sensation in parenting!

Ooh, I like this one! What a great way to reward children through a bit of motivation, and to help parents spend some more quality time together. I’m always saying that sexual intimacy is one of the most intimate forms of body language. Make time to “talk” to each other now and then, whether it is some extra cuddles or something a bit more intense. Love it! Thanks for the tip – I will be sure to let people know where I heard the idea next time I present on sexuality for parents.
